about Zach

I imagine a society, economy, and world in which every person, leader, and organization is inspired by and built on purpose.

The way I'm making it happen is as a consultant, university instructor, and professional speaker who empowers purposeful people and builds purposeful organizations to better the world and drive results.

As a Ph.D. student studying organizational learning, performance, and change I help organizations of all types design work cultures that support meaningful work and are purpose-aligned.

I'm also deeply committed to disrupting education with purpose and work with K-12 and post-secondary students on developing purposeful mindsets to design intentional lives and careers.

I get to design and teach courses on purposeful leadership, organizational behavior, planning and implementing organizational development interventions, and workforce development at the undergraduate and graduate level. I've also had research featured in the Human Resource Development Review and at the Academy of Human Resource Development International Research Conference.

I live in amazing Fort Collins, Colorado with my wife, son, and two adopted dogs.
